Cancellation & Refund Policy

At IKE’S LIQUOR, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@ike.sevenoceansholiday.com with your order ID.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• If your order is eligible for cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Returns & Replacements

Products once delivered are not eligible for cancellation or refund, except in the following cases:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged/defective product
• Missing parts or incomplete order

If you experience any of the above issues, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images/videos.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Customized/Personalized items
• Discounted/Clearance sale items
• Items without original packaging or tags
